Version 1.2 – Effective as of March 17, 2025
These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) define the terms of access, navigation, account creation, interaction with customer support, and use of services provided by the Resolvio platform, operated by Hilldan Services Limited (registration number 16315078). They apply to any person browsing the website, using free features, or subscribing to free or paid services. Any use of the platform implies full and complete acceptance of these TCU.
Access to the website and its features is available to any user with a stable internet connection and a compatible device. Basic access is free, while certain features require the creation of a personal account and/or subscription to a paid plan. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating their account and to keep this information current during their use of the service.
The user agrees to use Resolvio’s services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, these TCU, and the rights of third parties. Any fraudulent, malicious, abusive, or harmful use of the platform or its partners is strictly prohibited. Abusive, offensive, or illegal behavior will result in immediate suspension or deletion of the user account without notice or refund. Resolvio reserves the right to block access in the event of confirmed or suspected violations.
All components of the site (interface, written content, images, logos, scripts, databases, etc.) are protected under intellectual property law. Any reproduction, imitation, representation, publication, or exploitation—partial or total—without the express prior authorization of Resolvio is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Users do not acquire any ownership rights over content accessible from the platform.
Resolvio collects, uses, and stores certain personal data to operate the platform, including account management, claim processing, billing, and communication. These data processes comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable privacy laws. The privacy policy, available at any time on the website, details the purposes, legal bases, and retention periods. Users have the right to access, correct, delete, transfer, limit, and object to the processing of their data.
Resolvio uses reasonable technical, human, and organizational means to provide secure, stable, and functional service. However, it cannot be held liable for technical malfunctions, outages, temporary interruptions, data loss, display or content errors, or any other event beyond its control. Users remain solely responsible for how they use the services and the information shared with Resolvio or third parties. In case of doubt, users are encouraged to contact support to avoid misunderstandings or procedural errors.
Resolvio reserves the right to modify these TCU at any time to reflect technical, legal, commercial, or user needs. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance to connected or subscribed users via email or notification in their personal account. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated terms.
These TCU are governed by the laws of Cyprus. In case of dispute, both parties will first attempt to reach an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in Nicosia, unless otherwise required by law.
For any questions, suggestions, or inquiries regarding the TCU or the use of the platform, users can contact Resolvio’s customer service at: help@getresolvio.com. A response will be provided as soon as possible during working hours.
