Resolvio Subscription Terms and Conditions (STC)

  1. 1. Information Collection

    These Subscription Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “STC”) define the terms, conditions, and obligations relating to subscribing to services on the Resolvio platform. Resolvio is operated by Hilldan Services Limited, registered under number 16315078, headquartered at 125 Ashfield Avenue, Bushey WD23 4LJ, England. These STC supplement the General Terms of Service (TOS) and specifically govern the contractual relationship between Resolvio and its subscribers—individuals or legal entities—who regularly access assistance services. Acceptance of the STC is mandatory to validate any subscription.

  2. 2. Subscription Plans and Included Services

    Resolvio offers two monthly subscription plans giving users access to personalized support in handling commercial disputes.

    a. Trial Period

    Each new user benefits from a one-month trial at the symbolic price of £1. This period allows use of all Basic plan features, creation of an initial claim, access to tracking tools, and a chance to evaluate the responsiveness of our team. At the end of the trial, unless canceled by the user, the subscription automatically renews at the standard monthly rate of the chosen plan. By default, the Basic plan is selected if no other choice is made.

    b. Basic Plan – £29.90/month

    • One (1) claim per month
    • Contact with the merchant via email, phone, or mail
    • Active follow-up to ensure a response and negotiate a quick solution
    • Regular updates on claim status
    • Formal notice sent if needed
    • Help with bank refund process (chargeback)
    • Advice on required documents and help building the case
    • Access to a secure personal space and customer support

    c. Premium Plan – £69/month

    The Premium plan includes all Basic plan features, with one key difference:

    • Unlimited claims per month (within reasonable use)

    All other services (dispute handling, formal notices, banking support, legal guidance) remain the same as the Basic plan.

  3. 3. Duration, Renewal, and Termination

    Resolvio subscriptions are valid for an initial period of one month and are automatically renewed for identical periods. Charges are processed automatically through the selected payment method. Users can cancel their subscription at any time via their personal account or a dedicated cancellation page accessible from the homepage. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is issued for already-started periods, except in cases validated by customer service.

    Right to Cancel

    Customers have the right to cancel their subscription at any time. This flexibility allows users to act in line with their current needs, without long-term commitment.

    Cancellation Procedure

    Customers can cancel their subscription through several methods:

    • Log in to your account: Go to the “Billing” section in your personal dashboard.
    • Submit a cancellation request: Use the form in your account settings.
    • Cancel without logging in: Use the dedicated link in the site header by entering your email address.
    • Contact customer support: Request cancellation via chat, email, phone, or contact form.

    End of Service

    After cancellation, services remain available until the end of the current billing period. Once expired, access is revoked, and no further charges are applied.

    Refund Policy

    Resolvio offers partial or full refunds under certain conditions. Customers may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

    • Cancellation during trial: Canceling within the 3-day trial grants a full refund.
    • Satisfaction guarantee: If unsatisfied, customers may request a refund of their most recent monthly charge by submitting a formal request.

    Refund Processing

    Refund requests are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and review by a support agent. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. A confirmation email is sent once complete.

    Policy Changes

    Hilldan Services Limited reserves the right to change this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Clients are advised to check the policy regularly.

  6. 6. User Obligations

    Users agree to use Resolvio’s services in good faith and only for personal needs. They certify that all information provided (identity, documents) is accurate and agree that any fraudulent or excessive use may lead to account suspension or termination without refund. Users are responsible for meeting deadlines and providing requested documents for claim processing.

  7. 7. Resolvio’s Liability

    Resolvio acts as an intermediary and commits to making all reasonable efforts to ensure the quality, continuity, and availability of service. However, it is not liable for decisions made by merchants, banks, or other third parties involved in the resolution. In case of force majeure, technical failures, or unforeseen service disruptions, Resolvio’s liability is limited to a prorated refund if suspension exceeds five consecutive business days.

  8. 8. Modification of the STC

    Resolvio may update these STC to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, or business changes. Users will be notified electronically (email or dashboard notice) at least 15 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
